Ok so I was just playing yesterday, ya know creating my characters and building my house. Just the usual stuff. And then I thought it was time to go to bed so I saved then quit the game. I couldn't go to sleep cause there's a bunch of people yelling and playing loud music since its new year. I got bored trying to sleep, then I tried to open The Sims 4 from the desktop shortcut. First, the cursor does its thing, the thingy that shows the hourglass~ ya know dat. And then the cursor reverts back to its normal form (at that moment I thought the game was gonna start any second now). Then 3 minutes later it didn't. I tried opening it in all sorts of ways. And then decided to just reinstall the game. I deleted it and then put the disc in (Yes, I bought The Sims 4 disc). After I put the first disc in, they just opened my Origin Library, which surprisingly still holds my Sims 4. I clicked it in the hopes of finally being able to play it again or at the least reinstall it, but 2015 is a 🌺🌺🌺🌺. There's a play button, AND I CAN'T CLICK THE PLAY BUTTON, BUT ITS THERE!!! So I tried to be smart at this, and right clicked The Sims 4 box art. The play, check for update, repair game, game properties, and uninstall button is grey and completely un-clickable with neither the left or right mouse button. So I got help from EA, which isn't helpful at all other than getting my hopes up. They told me to redeem the code. So I re-redeemed it. IT DOES NOT WORK! Help. plz.
