Game Blacks Out Second Screen Mac

Hi,

I recently stumbled upon a strange behavior when I plug a second external display via USB-C converter (either USB-C to DVI or DP) to my MacBook Pro 13'. As illustrated onthis video, the second display randomly turns black and comes back again (no power-off on the blinking monitor). The behavior occurs either when I plug the cable to the second USB-C port, or via OWC Thunderbolt 3 hub. It happens randomly with random frequencies. I am not sure if this started to happen before upgrade to High Sierra, since I recently started to use two external monitors. It is not specific to a display brand as well because I tested it on two different brands.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is it hardware or software related?

How to avoid a blank second display when using full-screen mode in an OS X app. Mode on my apps causes my second display to go black. It just started doing this today after I did a restart. Dec 16, 2019 With Apple TV, you can mirror the entire display of your Mac to your TV, or use your TV as a separate display. To turn on AirPlay, follow these steps: Make sure that your TV is turned on. Choose in the menu bar, then choose your Apple TV. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your Mac. Aug 19, 2016  hey there, i got a problem with a dual screen setup. When i boot my computer and turn on monitors my 2nd monitor doesnt stay on. He usualy turns black. Then i gotta turn em off and on again like two times before he stays on. When he stays on i can hear a very silent peep sound commin from somewhere. Since i got somewhat bad hearing i cant tell where it is commin from. Last 2 days the monitor.
